Do you need to determine if someone is currently on Active Duty status? FOI conducts an exhaustive search of the Department of Defense databases and provides a notarized affidavit to assist our clients in complying with the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) for one low all inclusive fee of $49.95.
FOI also offers skip trace services for our clients requiring them for an additional $75.00. Searches are normally completed within 2-3 business days. The notarized and sworn affidavit indicating proof of the search will be sent via regular 1st class postage, unless otherwise requested. While searches may be preformed without a Social Security Number, the affidavit will include a disclaimer that the search was performed without the SSN. Please be advised that some courts may not accept an affidavit that includes the disclaimer. Therefore, if an SSN is not available, you may wish to consider requesting a skip trace first in an attempt to secure one.
